Evelyn
Evelyn, affectionately known as Chevy, is a self-taught mechanic with 12 years of experience. Her passion for cars emerged early on when she installed her own exhaust system in her driveway—a nine-hour endeavor that solidified her love for hands-on automotive work.
Chevy began her professional journey with an apprenticeship at Lexus, where she attended school and earned her certification. After graduating, she ventured into the independent field to gain a broader variety of work experiences. Over the years, she has attended numerous master classes, earned certifications from Jasper Transmissions and ASE, and developed expertise in HVAC diagnosis and repair, drivetrain drivability and repair, engine repair, and electrical theory and systems. Currently excelling in welding school with straight A’s, she is set to graduate in November.
In her free time, she enjoys heavy metal concerts, fly fishing, and expressing her creativity through nails and tattoos.
Chevy is also a proud mother to her first child, celebrating two years of recovery. She resides in a tiny home with her two beloved cats, Coffee Bean and Sterling.
